Who Do You Serve, Who Do You Protect? Study Group

Join ISO Columbus for a two-part study group on “Who Do You Serve, Who Do You Protect?” a collection of essays on police violence and resistance in the United States compiled by Truthout.

Featuring a forward from #BlackLivesMatter co-founder Alicia Garza and contributions from over a dozen activists and scholars, the collection includes essays such as “Say Her Name: What It Means to Center Black Women’s Experiences of Police Violence,” “Our History and Our Dreams: Building Black and Native Solidarity,” “Building Community Safety: Practical Steps Toward Liberatory Transformation,” and much more.
