The front cover of this 24-page issue features SW's coverage of Election 2016. Articles in this special section include: "Will a vote for Clinton stop Trumpism?" "Can Trump get away with his biggest con?" "Is Sanders taking down the revolution?" and "Voting for what we want in 2016."

The back page features the Chicago Teachers Union struggle for a fair contract and public schools, and the issue includes resources for building solidarity for the struggle. Also featured are articles about racist police violence in Charlotte, North Carolina, and Columbus, Ohio.

Other articles in the issue include coverage of the struggle at Standing Rock against the Dakota Access Pipeline, an interview with Dave Zirin on the national anthem protests that are rocking the sports world and a history of the "war on terror era." A special section on the working class and socialism includes "Caught in the can't-catch-up economy" and "Reaching for freedom with their own hands" and much more.
